the Process

Once you’re happy to go ahead, I’ll send over your booking details, contract and invoice. Once your booking fee is paid, your date is officially yours and safely secured in my diary.

You enquire through the website and we’ll arrange a relaxed phone call. It’s a chance to hear all about your plans, get to know each other and make sure I’m the right photographer for you.

Step 3 - Your Wedding, Your Way

Then it’s time to enjoy your wedding! I’ll arrive knowing the plan, but I won’t be glued to a clipboard. I’ll photograph the day as it naturally unfolds, step in with gentle direction when it’s useful, and make sure you’re actually having a brilliant time.

A few weeks before the big day, I’ll send over a simple questionnaire to gather all the little details that matter. We’ll then have a final call together to run through everything, from the timeline to the people and moments you don’t want me to miss.

  • Relaxed, personal and hopefully a lot of fun.

    I want you to feel like you have a friend with a camera, not another supplier to manage on your wedding day. I’ll get to know you beforehand, listen to what matters to you and take the time to understand the people, plans and little details that make your wedding yours.

    On the day, I’ll fit into whatever your wedding needs. I can be quietly observing one moment and right in the middle of the next. I’ll help with your veil, calm the chaos when needed, make sure the important people are where they need to be and probably join you on the dance floor when the music is good enough.

    My aim is for you to feel completely supported, comfortable and free to enjoy your day, knowing that I’m there to capture it beautifully.

  • My style is a balance of documentary and editorial. I’m there to quietly observe the moments as they happen, but I’ll also give you gentle direction when it helps create a beautiful, considered portrait.

    I want you to feel like you can enjoy your wedding rather than spend the day posing for photographs. I’ll blend into the background during the ceremony, speeches and those in-between moments, then get involved when the moment calls for it…helping with your veil, gathering everyone for a group photo or dancing and shooting alongside you on the dance floor!

    My editing is warm, natural and polished, with true-to-colour tones that let your photographs feel timeless without looking overly processed. The finished gallery should feel elegant, expressive and full of the atmosphere of your day.

  • As much or as little as you need!

    I’ll never expect you to know what to do in front of a camera. During portraits, I’ll give you enough direction to help you feel confident and look your best, without making everything feel stiff or overly posed.

    The rest of the day is much more about letting things happen naturally. Every couple is different, so I’ll read the room and adapt to you.

  • Absolutely. I know they’re important, even if they aren't always the most exciting part of the day!

    We’ll agree on the key group photographs beforehand so we can get through them efficiently and get you back to your guests. I’ll keep things organised and relaxed rather than turning your drinks reception into a military operation!

  • Yes! We’ll start with a phone call to chat through your plans, what you’re looking for and what matters most to you. I’ll then send over your personalised quote and booking fee invoice, and once that’s paid, your date is officially in my diary.

    A few weeks before the wedding, you’ll receive a planning form where I can get to know all the important details. You’re also very welcome to send me your Pinterest board or any other inspiration.

    You’ll then pay your final balance and we’ll have a video call to go through everything together. After that, I’ll see you on the big day!

  • Initial enquiries through the contact form or email… and once you’re booked and in my diary, we can keep in touch via whatsapp if easier!

  • Your full gallery will be delivered within 6 weeks of your wedding day via a beautiful online gallery, ready to view, share and download.

    I’ll also send you a little preview shortly after the wedding, so you don't have to wait too long before reliving a few of your favourite moments.
